Come along to our Dementia Coffee Morning and have a cup of tea or coffee with someone who understands.
Our team of skilled Care Navigators can offer you information and help signpost you to available supportive services.
The Dementia Coffee Morning offers a safe and supportive space for you to:
- discuss your own dementia diagnosis, or someone else’s, and think about what living well means for you
- get answers from Care Navigators and meet and learn from other people in similar circumstances
- make new friends, enjoy activities such as painting and puzzles and feel more confident.
