Do you have a question regarding finances, emergency access to food, shelter and employment support – our Practice Social Prescribing Team can connect you with the services you need and offer you information and a referral.
Drop in to the Practical Information Session on Thursday, 16th January 2025 between 10 am and 12:30pm.
How else can the Social Prescribing Service support you:
- explore what is important for you, what brings you joy
- find local activities and services – from community learning to volunteering, physical movement to befriending support
- provide you with hands-on support to access them
- support you in feeling less isolated through signposting to activities
- walks, physical movement and exercise, spending time in nature
- virtual and community learning/classes
- arts, music, outdoors and creative activities
- community groups
- therapeutic services
- bereavement support
- referrals to practical support organisations for financial organisations for financial needs, e.g., budgeting, employment, benefits check
