Do you have a question regarding finances, emergency access to food, shelter and employment support – our Practice Social Prescribing Team can connect you with the services you need and offer you information and a referral.

Drop in to the Practical Information Session on Thursday, 16th January 2025 between 10 am and 12:30pm.


How else can the Social Prescribing Service support you:

  • explore what is important for you, what brings you joy
  • find local activities and services – from community learning to volunteering, physical movement to befriending support
  • provide you with hands-on support to access them
  • support you in feeling less isolated through signposting to activities
    • walks, physical movement and exercise, spending time in nature
    • virtual and community learning/classes
    • arts, music, outdoors and creative activities
    • community groups
    • therapeutic services
    • bereavement support
    • referrals to practical support organisations for financial organisations for financial needs, e.g., budgeting, employment, benefits check
